Simple&Social Business Mediation process describes a holistic, objective, and universally applicable form of management providing a framework for addressing organizational dynamics, business and personal challenges. As a neutral third party I am trained to work through the emotional charged atmosphere that often accompanies work related or business disputes.
My goal in providing this innovative service is to create sustainable and balanced relationships between the multiple colluded systems forming the ecology of your business. Revealing patterns that can serve to guide management towards true sustainability among employees, owners, advisors/board of trustees, business cultures and science.

I guide my clients on the creation of a plan that supports their goals, needs and vision. Then, once the plan’s been created, I provide guidance on the creation of a tracking system to effectively and regularly be on top of their game.
