I spent the majority of my professional career guiding companies and clients in implementing new ways to effectively execute their strategic plans. That’s how “Make It Happen” was created. In order to make things happen, we need to create a governance process around our plans. This program is for that. 

You may be asking yourself, “What is Almu really talking about?” Well, “governance” can mean different things to different people. To put it in a nutshell, I guide my clients on the creation of a plan that supports their goals, needs and vision. Then, once the plan’s been created, I provide guidance on the creation of a tracking system to effectively and regularly be on top of their game. 

Great things usually come in many disguises: exciting and terrifying, bumpy, discouraging, and shaky at first. Think about that for a second. Many people assume that the hardest thing is knowing what to do and how to do it. I would say, the hardest part is to keep things moving in alignment with our vision. Keeping the motivation high to overcome challenges. In other words, knowing the strategy to follow to make things happen at all costs.
